The experience at this hotel provided excellent facilities and a wide range of activities. The Aqua Park was the highlight. it's great for both kids and adults, bringing back childhood memories. Although the music at the pool could be quite loud at times, the cleanliness of the area and the quality of the food made up for it. The staff at the bar were particularly commendable for their service.

we loved our stay here! compared to previous visits in sunny beach, this spot really exceeded our expectations during the wedding ceremony. the aqua park was a fantastic hit for the kids, and the room was spacious enough for our family.

During our recent family trip, we loved how close we were to both Action Aquapark and the fun Cacao Beach Club, making it easy to stroll around and enjoy the attractions without needing our car. the park views were a bonus that made our afternoons even more relaxing. The hotel also provided a lovely one-bedroom suite, perfect for our family with children and giving us the space to unwind after our busy days exploring.

The Wi-Fi connectivity is disappointing!!! The pool is way too cold, even in summer!!! The evening entertainment stops too early, leaving late-night snackers in the lurch!!! Insufficient shuttle service hours to the city create hassle!!!
